Industry and Partners
The CRF has established strong links with industry, ranging from SME’s to major pharmaceutical sponsors. Individual PIs have worked hard to establish us as a preferred provider for commercial contract research and we will capitalise on this and our exceptional access to a large and diverse population. Examples include Vaccines, Neurosciences, Oncology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Diabetes where early phase commercial research is well established. Longstanding strategic partners include Moderna, GSK, Pfizer, Sanofi Pasteur, VBI Vaccines, Minervax, Novavax, AZ, Gilead, Janssen, Abbvie, Roche as well as evolving relationships with preclinical companies (e.g. Aligos, Altimmune).
What we Offer
Access to specialist equipment including St George's CRF has a range of highly specialised equipment in the facility to support the delivery of early phase translational and experimental medicine studies, including a well-equipped CRF Laboratory.
We also sit at the centre of St George's Hospital (Tooting), which is a large acute hospital, which covers most clinical specialties.
There is a strong strategic partnership with St George's University
Support from specialised laboratories, biobanks and advisory services. We offer industry partners the rapid translation of research into standard clinical practice, made possible through the expertise, knowledge and infrastructure that we have at St George's.
